Hosted by Shenyang Ligong University, and co-hosted by Sun Yat-sen University, the National Key Laboratory of Electromagnetic Space Security and Liaoning Institute of Communications, the 2nd International Conference on Advanced Computing and Intelligent Robotics Applications (ACIRA 2026), jointly with the Symposium on Intelligent Communications and Advanced Computing, will be held in Shenyang, Liaoning, from November 6 to 8, 2026.
Centered on three major themes: intelligent communications, advanced computing and intelligent robots, the conference focuses on cutting-edge hotspots including high-performance computing. It features keynote speeches, thematic forums, parallel oral presentations and poster exhibitions. The conference aims to build a high-level platform for academic exchanges and industry-university-research collaboration.

All submissions will undergo a double‑blind peer review by 2‑3 experts in relevant fields. Acceptance will be based on the quality of the paper and satisfactory revisions in response to reviewers’ comments. Accepted papers, following proper registration and presentation, will be published by IEEE, included in the IEEE Xplore database and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.
